Refund policy

We are committed to making you a happy customer!  We stand behind every product in our online store. If you're unsatisfied with the products you receive, or they are defective in any way, we'll refund the cost of those items. Therefore, returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of purchase will be promptly honored. However, we do require that your merchandise be returned in the original packaging, in completely unaltered condition.  You may request a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the inventory items only.  Sorry, shipping and handling costs incurred cannot be refunded, nor can we pay for return or exchange postage.  We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for magazines, sale items, or special orders.
